The assignment for this project was to create a book. The only parameters being that it had to have text and a fold. I decided to explore the ideas about Inuit that I had grown up with: things that were learned in school, or were expressed by others, or were my own conclusions. Though the term eskimo is now recognized as being outdated and offensive, this was the language in use at the time I was in elementary school.
